Today i was rippin some hillclimbs. I just made it to the top of 1 and the bike started reving like it was in neutral. What happened is the teeth on the out-put shaft and inner teeth on the front spocket both stripped. This was cause by my chain being to tight... Dumb and embarassed me, now i gotta spend some money ripping down the engine and replacing the out-put shaft and buying a new sprocket...

i've learned to only use the best air filters and clean them all the time...needed a new piston and cylinder

I did the same thing as knucklehead, except I was going down a hill, and I was on my Baja 90. That was the reason that I had to wait for over a month to pick up the LTR! It was as a result of the chain being to loose though.

Now I'm really anal about my chain looseness.... always keep it between 4.5 and 5.5 cm of play.

Yeah, sounds like a good idea haha. The Pro Armor billet case saver looks nice... and I'll get one if I can find a nice used one cheap! LOL sorry I'm a cheap guy.
