hah when we had the Altima SE-R I checked the GPS for max. speed recorded and it was 205km/h! LOL. Which is like what, 120 mph?

lol yeah i guess haha.

gotta love nissan's VQ engine... honestly that car was so light and the engine was so amazing! If Nissan had made the Altima SE-R have AWD and maybe added a turbo to it, it woulda been a HUGE sleeper. Probably coulda smoked the STI even. The number of times we smoked M3's on the highway as well as at stoplights is more than I can count with my fingers!

yeah except the sho is way heavier than the altima + has a slushbox!

handling the altima would win hands down...same with a real track... though on a strip the sho would win.

pffff

Altima:

3293 lbs

SHO:

4400 lbs.

That's OVER 1000lbs difference!

Altima SE-R:

http://www.canadiandriver.com/2005/02/14/t...altima-se-r.htm

"Curb weight 1494 kg (3293 lb.)"

Taurus SHO:

http://blogs.automobilemag.com/6522850/car...-sho/index.html

"4337 lbs for SHO"

So 4337 - 3293 = 1044 lb difference!!

you're just jealous cause the old SE-Rs ran 0-60 around the same time that a mustang GT of the same generation as yours does! LOL
