The Mint 400 is one of the most exciting and taxing off-road races in the United States of America, with its credibility in the space earning it the appropriate title of “The Great American Off-Road Race.” To go along with this year’s event, tire manufacturer BFGoodrich has announced that it will be the title sponsor of the 2024 event.

This news means a continued partnership between the off-road tire manufacturer and off-road race, which makes the two teaming up seem very natural. BFGoodrich has a storied history of winning such events-- it literally has “Baja Champion” stamped into the sidewall of some of its offerings-- so it’s somewhat of a perfect pairing of kindred spirits to have the company sponsor the race. The Mint 400 taxes vehicles and drivers alike in their ability to maintain speed while proving their worth on the front of durability, and this year’s event will take place March 8-9 in Primm, Nevada, where BFG is shooting to take home its 12th consecutive overall win in the race. Multiple classes will compete in the blast across the Nevada desert, and it’s always exciting to see what drivers, vehicles, and tires make it to the finish unscathed.

“The Mint 400 is a grueling test of both driver and vehicle, and we’re proud to be the tire of choice for many teams competing in this iconic race,” said Jason Anzalone, North American motorsports director. “BFGoodrich tires are designed and engineered to handle the toughest conditions, and we’re confident that they will help our partners achieve their goals on race day.”
